Our core client base is women aged 35–55, but strength training truly is for everyone. We work with women of various ages and backgrounds, and programs are always adjusted to suit your individual needs. Yes: this is one of our specialties. We focus on women’s strength training and are strong advocates for using resistance training to support hormonal health.
